On Nov. 14, Mike Mullen, 38, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony possession of a controlled substance and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $12,500.The charges come from an investigation by the Mid Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

On Nov. 14, Leonard Spence, 58, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony delivery of a controlled substance, class E felony delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, and a class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety. The charges come from an investigation by the Mid Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
