From the desk of Bates County Coroner Greg D. Mullinax

This was a relatively quiet period at the Bates County Coroner's Office. Of course, that's a good thing! But your Coroner utilized this time to complete some Webinar training on opioid overdose and fentanyl overdose deaths. Our office remains committed to our county by always seeking out opportunities for more training and education.

I hope that you all enjoy the upcoming Holiday season. Please remember to always be safe and recruit a DD for those holiday parties. If you're a praying person, please include our brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement who will spend time away from their families during the Holidays to serve and protect. I'm honored to stand among them and serve beside them.
