Edith is survived by her three daughters, Thelma Jean Smith of Peculiar, Missouri, Janet L. Ellis of Gary, Texas, and Linda J. Huston of Peculiar, Missouri; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; other relatives any many friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bible Fellowship Center, 2502 N. Liberty St., Independence, Mo 64050.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Rochester Missouri Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 15, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Church.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or to Great Lakes Hospice and may be sent in care of Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
