Traffic stop leads to warrant arrest in Bates County

On Wednesday, December 6, 2017, a Deputy with the Bates County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the Butler area that resulted in a warrant arrest.

Michael L. Wagner (DOB 7/27/1985) had an outstanding warrant out of Bates County for Resisting Arrest. 

The bond amount was $500.00 cash or surety. Mr.Wagner was transported to the Bates County Jail where he was able to bond out.
