Samuel Joseph Wright, age 79 of Rich Hill, Missouri died Saturday, December 16, 2017 at his home in Rich Hill. He was born August 18, 1938 to John Francis and Nellie Pearl Connor Wright in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Joe is survived by his wife, Gayle Wright of Rich Hill, Missouri; two sons, Samuel Joseph Wright Jr. and wife Linda of Springdale, Arkansas and Shane Wright of Rich Hill, Missouri; two daughters, Brigitte Robinson and husband Billy of St. Louis, Missouri and Brandi Castaneda and husband Jim of Rich Hill, Missouri; one brother, Carl Wright of Arkansas; six grandchildren, Cyndle Wright, Chelsea Robinson, William Robinson, III, Jordan Wright, Darian Wright, James Castaneda; and four great-grandchildren, Rylee, Kambrie, Hunter and Wyatt. He is furthered survived by an uncle, aunt and cousins. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, John Wright; an infant brother; and one sister, Velma McCreery.
