We would like to thank the City Hall staff for being there to answer phones and answer questions as needed.
Bates County Sheriff Office for sending down deputies to help hand out water to the home bound.
Southern Commisioner Larry Hacker for lending a hand with handing water to the home bound as well.
Butler Fire for lending us a tanker for non- potable water so residence had basic necessities such as toilets and such.
West Central Agri Services for unloading pallets of water and picking up pallets of water from Food Fair for us to hand out.
The citizens of Rich Hill for being patient and having positive thoughts throughout this event.
City Crew members for the hard work and putting in extremely long hours in cold, wet weather conditions.
And last but not least, I Chief Miller, would like to thank the members of the Rich Hill Fire Department that helped hand out water, made several home deliveries to the home bound and for filling non-potable water containers.
