Mr. Heckadon was arrested for 1.)Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine 2.) Possession of less than 10 grams of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 4.)Failure to maintain the right half of the roadway 5.) No seat belt.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler, Missouri and later bonded out.
