Update: Two charged after police chase in Belton

Regarding the events that originated at the Kohl's in Belton on 01-14-15: 28 year old Erica Lashawn Foster, and 21 year old Travon Green, both from Kansas City, MO were charged today in the Circuit Court of Cass County with one count each of Stealing $750 or more, a Class D Felony; one count of Assault 2nd degree-Special Victim, (law enforcement officer) a Class B Felony; and one count of Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing-Creating a Substantial Risk of Serious Injury or Death to any Person; a Class E Felony.

Foster is being held in the Cass County Jail on a $5000 bond, and Green is being held on a $7500 bond.
