Bates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to clean and disinfect all the duct work for the entire Sheriff’s Office building. This will include all heat and air exchanges and returns. For appointments to view the work and measurements please contact the party listed below.

This solicitation is for the purchase of goods and services and shall be awarded as per Missouri General Purchasing Laws. The contract shall be awarded to the company that submits the best overall proposal. The proposal should include approximate start date and completion date along with a copy of business license and insurance/bond. Proposals shall be submitted to Bates County Sheriff’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m., February 23, 2018. Proposals should be submitted to Bates County Sheriff’s Office, 6 W Fort Scott St Butler, MO 64730.
