Montrose man arrested in St. Clair County

On Feb. 14, Thomas Killiebrew Sr., 42, Montrose, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with an unclassified felony of statutory rape in the first degree-sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old, an unclassified felony of statutory sodomy in the first degree-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old threatening serious physical injury/displays deadly weapon, an unclassified felony of sodomy in the first degree-deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 years old, and two class D felonies of incest.

This is an ongoing investigation with the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office. More formal charges are pending.
