Obituary - Gary M. Burton

Gary M. Burton, age 72 years, of Clinton, Missouri passed away February 11, 2018 at Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation Center, Warsaw, Missouri. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM. Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Gary was born June 11, 1945 in Santa Anna, California the son of Noel B. and Emma (Tuter) Burton. He graduated from William S. Hart High School in Newhall, California. Gary served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a machinist at Rival Manufacturing in Clinton for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Wayne Burton, and son Gary Michael Burton Jr.

Among survivors are a sons, Noel Burton and Charlie Burton both of Clinton, Missouri, and two siblings Gerianne Bennett (Bruce) of Deepwater, Missouri and Barry Burton (Renda) of Dexter, Missouri. 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 4 nieces and 3 nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton, Missouri.
