Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, MO with interment at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Gary was born January 16, 1943 in Mt. Zion, MO to Robert Glenn and Betty Jo Gregory. Gary spent his entire life in the Mt. Zion area where he dedicated his life as a farmer and machine operator for the Osage Township.
He was united in marriage to Margaret Diane Gregory in October 1964 and to this union they were blessed with four children; Rodney, Teresa, Danny and Trent. Gary loved his family first and foremost and was always there to lend a helping hand. He loved to hunt and fish and you could always find him catching a cool breeze sitting at his picnic table while watching grandkids play on the tire swing.
He is survived by four children; Rodney (Cindy) Gregory of Deepwater, MO, Teresa (Larry) Simmons of Cunningham, KS, Danny Gregory of Deepwater, MO and Trent (Tina) Gregory of Deepwater, MO; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; two sisters, Patty Fugitt and Linda Farnan and one brother Don Gregory.
He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Diane Gregory, his parents Betty Jo and Robert Glenn Gregory and tow brothers Mike and Albert Gregory.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Zion Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton.
