Update: Charges filed in Garden City Shooting

UPDATE: The Cass County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Gilbert D. Linder, 54, Creighton with Assault 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action in the shooting of Ronald M. Hibdon Jr., 38, of Garden City. Mr. Linder was also charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Mr. Linder is charged with shooting Ronald Hibdon and assaulting Merranda N. Hibdon, 40, Garden City.

Mr. Hibdon is currently hospitalized. Mrs. Hibdon was treated and released. Mr. Linder is currently in custody at the Cass County Jail on a $100,000.00 cash only bond.
