On May 24, Anthony Smith, 36, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class E felony invasion of Privacy. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only.
Mr. Smith was also charged with a no bond federal warrant charging him with possession of child pornography.
The arrest comes after the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant on Smith’s residence.
