Today a Nevada Police Officer observed Dewey in the 800 block of North Lynn St. The officer observed Dewey go inside a residence. It was confirmed Dewey had multiple warrants out for his arrest out of the Vernon County Associate Court and the Municipal Court of Nevada. Nevada Police obtained a search warrant for the residence and located Dewey hiding inside the residence.
He was taken to the Vernon County Jail for holding. Additional charges will be submitted to the Vernon County Prosecutors Office for review.
