Update: Three arrested in Nevada search warrant

In the morning hours of Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Nevada Police executed a search warrant in the 400 block of N. Ash Street in response to reports of illegal drug activity at that location.

Officers had developed information regarding a known male subject at that location that had reportedly been involved in illegal drug activity.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with multiple subjects on the property. During the initial contact officers encountered four known subjects inside a vehicle in the driveway.

Altogether, Nevada Police located nine individuals during the search. It was discovered one of the subjects had outstanding warrants for his arrest from Webb City (MO).

Nevada Police located and seized suspected illegal drugs and suspected drug paraphernalia at the scene. Suspected methamphetamine and suspected marijuana were located amongst the subjects.

The suspected drug evidence seized will be sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for further analysis.

Three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Vernon County Jail for holding by Nevada Police. The three subjects were identified as follows:

Otis McCullick, age of 53 of Nevada
Clint Carney, age 38 of Nevada
Autumn Fry, age 27 of Joplin

On May 1, 2018, the following charges were filed against Otis McCullick through the Vernon County Associate Court:

Possession of a Controlled Substance – Class D Felony

McCullick is being held in the Vernon County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.

On May 1, 2018 the following charges were filed against Autumn Fry through the Vernon County Associate Court:

Possession of a Controlled Substance - Class D Felony

Fry is being held in the Vernon County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.

On May 1, 2018 the following charges were filed against Clint Carney through the Vernon County Associate Court:

Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, prior offender – Class A Misdemeanor

Carney is being held in the Vernon County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 cash only bond in addition to outstanding arrest warrants from Webb City (MO).
