The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2001 Harley Davidson driven by 60 year old Gregory G. Maggard of Urich, Missouri struck a unknown motorcycle on the handlebars causing both bikes to overturn, ejecting both riders. The other motorcyclist fled from the scene of the accident.
Mr. Maggard sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
