The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 GMC driven by 21 year old Dalton C. Wimsatt of Archie, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and slid through a yard, striking several large trees.
Mr. Wimsatt sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Central Cass Fire to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
The truck was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow of Harrisonville, Missouri.
