The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2010 Honda driven by 37 year old Kenneth G. Lain of Garden City, Missouri swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway, traveled off the right side of the roadway and through a ditch.
Mr. Lain sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The Honda received extensive damages and it was towed from the scene by J's Southland Tow.
