Brian is survived by his father and step mother, Richard W. Vogel and Terri of Maitland, Missouri; a brother, Richard J. Vogel of Graham, Missouri; a companion, Stefanie Mejia of the home; other relatives and many friends.
Services are pending under the care of Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
