From the desk of Harrisonville Mayor Brian Hasek

Tonight is the first Harrisonville Varsity football game and will be played at memorial stadium. Hope to see everyone out there supporting our students not just in football, but band, dance team and cheerleading. These kids work hard, so let's show our pride and show up in our blue and white. Go Wildcats. 

And for your entertainment I attached a picture a friend of mine dug up somewhere of the 1990 Wildcat football team and somewhere in that picture you will find me. 

We did not have much success at winning, but friendships were made that have stood the test of time. 

Very proud to have played with these gentlemen and very proud to continue to root for my home team.
