Jamie O’Farrell, FNP is leaving Rich Hill Family Medical Clinic practice.
Dr. Ben Wilson and nurse practitioners, Shanna Griffiths and Jama Bogart, will work to cover the clinic while we search for another full-time nurse practitioner.
OFFICE HOURS WILL CHANGE TEMPORARILY.
Beginning August 24th, clinic hours will be:
Monday 1 – 5 P.M.
Wednesday 1 – 5 P.M.
Friday 8 A.M. – 12 P.M. • 1 – 5 P.M.
Closed Tues & Thurs
This change is expected to be short-term.
We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
