According to Sheriff’s Office officials, Detective with the Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant as part of a drug investigation that led to the charges.
The suspect has been identified as 41-year-old Paul Shearer of Nevada. Shearer has been charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and one count of keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance.
Mr. Shearer is being held in the Vernon County Jail on a $50,000 cash only bond.
