The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2001 Honda Shadow driven by 38 year old Shane L. Messer of Lamar, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned ejecting the rider.
Mr. Messer sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Barton County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The bike received minor damages and it was removed from the scene.
