The St Clair County Sheriff's Department has cancelled an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 1125 NE 951 Pvt Road, Lowry City, MO at 10:00 A.M. on October 21, 2018.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult was:
Charles Roland Derby, a white, male, age 83, hgt 6'01", 230 lbs, gray hair, blue eyes, wearing gray shirt and gray athletic pants.
Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia
