James Allen "Al" Copeland, 77, of Archie, Missouri departed this life on Monday, November 12, 2018 at the Cass Regional Medical Center, Harrisonville, Missouri from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He is survived by his wife Georgia M. Copeland of the home; a son, Andy Copeland and wife Cindy and a daughter, Pam Shipley-Cox and husband Doug all of Archie, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Glenn Copeland, Rotan, Texas; three sisters, Marie McDonnell, Drexel, Missouri, Nadine Semsch, Freeman, Missouri, Fern Coffel, Sedalia, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in the Virginia Cemetery, Virginia Community, Missouri.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
