The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2013 Dodge Avenger driven by 58 year old William E. Osburn of Rockville, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the left side of the roadway and down a ditch.
Mr. Osburn sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and will be towed at a later time.
