Two arrested after suspicious vehicle call in rural Adrian

On January 25, 2019 a Bates County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a suspicious vehicle on County Road 221 in Adrian, MO.

The reporting party stated that the vehicle had been sitting in their driveway for several hours.

The Deputy made contact with the individuals inside the vehicle who were identified as Shane Lee (DOB 6/6/90) and Dalton Jackson (DOB 5/22/95). 

The Deputy conducted a search of the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia, syringes, pills. The paraphernalia field tested positive for both marijuana and methamphetamine.

Mr. Lee advised the Deputy that the items the Deputy located were his. Jackson had two extraditable warrants out of the state of Indiana for Distribution.

Both subjects were transported to the Bates County Jail. Lee was charged with Possession and was given a bond for $25000.00 cash or surety.
