The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Jeep Commander driven by 31 year old Victor J. Garcia of Walker, Missouri ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Mr. Garcia sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the crash by TCB Towing of Nevada, Missouri.
