Mr. Hassan was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance 2.) Felony Resisting Arrested 3.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 4.) No Tail Lights.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and is currently being held on a 24 hour hold.
