Animal Neglect call in Butler

On Wednesday May 15, 2019 Butler Police along with the Humane Society of Missouri responded to a residence on S. Olive on a report of an excessive number of dogs in the house. 

An investigation reveled that there were currently over 20 dogs being kept in the house. 

A total of 27 dogs were removed and were transported to the Humane Society facility in St. Louis. The owner was charged with Animal Neglect.
