Harrisonville High School students attend MoDot Traction Conference

These eleven Harrisonville High School students are giving up part of their summer, and weekend, to attend the MoDot Traction Conference in Columbia the next three days. During the conference the students will learn, leadership skills, safe driving habits, and team building exercises.

Additionally, they will learn how to share this information with their fellow students throughout the school year to make Harrisonville a safer community.

The HPD would like to thank these students for their commitment to make Harrisonville a safer place. The students are chaperoned by HHS Instructor Sherry Roe, School Resource Officer Jeremiah Jacobs, and Chief John Hofer. Also pictured are our awesome Traction team advisors Hannah and AJ.
