Hi, I'm Rachel Dugan!

Hello, my name is Rachel Dugan and I am running for Amsterdam Jubilee Queen 2019. I am the Daughter of Ross and Alisia (Cummings) Dugan. I will be in the 8th grade at Butler this school year. 

In my free time I enjoy Volleyball, Basketball, Softball and spending time with my friends. I am selling Raffle tickets $1 each and I have tickets now ready to sell!
