On July 21st a Bates County Sheriff's Office Deputy responded to a property located on County Road 365 in Rich Hill to take a theft report. The theft had occurred sometime within the past week.
The victim advised the deputy that there was a total of 15 wooden trusses missing, ten foot sections of an antenna tower and 2 electric boxes. The total value of the stolen property was approximately $2800.00.
