Travis grew up in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School Class of 1983. Following high school Travis was a rancher/farmer throughout his life. He worked at Koch Asphalt for a number of years, Forkner Farms for 25 years, and for the past two years worked for Jason Bond at Channel Seed. Travis enjoyed living the simple hardworking life, hunting with his family, taking care of his cattle, and spending time with his grandson.
He is survived by his wife Chris of the home; two sons, Colby Dean Beisly, Nevada, and Chase Michael Beisly, Nevada; one daughter, Victoria Jones, Nevada; one grandson, Theodore James Fenger, Nevada; one brother, Tracy Beisly and his wife Kelly, Nevada; nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. Interment will follow in Newton Burial Park in Nevada. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
