Chandra L. Swift, 46, of Harrisonville, Missouri, died Friday, November 29, 2019 at St Luke's Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday 1:00-2:00 pm at the funeral home. A complete obituary will be posted when it becomes available.
