We always love to hear a positive story. Today we had a visitor that wanted to show his appreciation for what he calls “saving his life”. Father John Boulderson came yesterday to shake our hands for a job well done bearing chocolate and gifts.
Father John had fallen and broke several bones including his neck and laid on the floor until Deputies arrived. Father John believed he had been there for up to three days. Deputy Erickson was the first Deputy on scene and began to give medical aid while waiting for other emergency services to arrive.
Father John says he still has a lot of therapy to go but is alive and full of spirit.
“I want to thank Father John for taking time to recognize our deputies and first responders for the job they do with such dedication and passion here in Bates County.” Says Sheriff Anderson.
