Spring 2020 Temperature and Precipitation Outlook

The Climate Prediction Center has released their Spring (March-May) Outlook. For the local area, the main concern is for increased chances for above normal precipitation here and in much of the upstream Missouri River Basin...particularly with the river running 150-250% of normal already. This leads to a heightened concern for flooding across the area this Spring.
