On 4/15/20 around 8:25pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cedar County along with El Dorado Springs Fire and police departments responded to a two vehicle accident on 1st Street just south of El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 18 year old Reece Leet of El Dorado Springs, Missouri was northbound when the driver lost control and began to slide, Driver then struck the southbound 1994 Camaro driven 23 year old Cody Marshall of El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
Four people were seriously injured in this accident the two drivers listed above as well as two passengers 21 year old Austin Hall and 20 year old Amanda J. Wise both of El Dorado Springs.
Three were transported by air ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment. Amanda J. Wise was transported by ambulance to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar.
Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene by Steward's Wrecker of Eldorado Springs, Missouri.
