On 4-16-2020 at approximately 10:45 AM, the Belton Police Department was notified of a possible shooting at the Show Me Auto Mall (1421 E North Ave).
Upon arrival, officers located one adult male party deceased of apparent firearm injuries. Officers then took another adult male into custody as a suspect in the case.
The names of both the victim and the suspect are not being released at this time. Currently, the Belton Police are not seeking any further suspects in this case.
