Suspect Arrested After Property Damage Investigation
In April, the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office took a report of property damage that occurred atone of the farms owned by Murphy Family Ventures in Sheldon, MO.
According to VernonCounty Sheriff Jason Mosher, Detectives began investigating the case and after multiple interviews and follow ups, a suspect was identified and the report was forwarded to theProsecutor’s Office for potential charges to be filed.
On 5-01-2020, the Courts issued an arrestwarrant charging 21 year-old Dylan Garwood of Nevada with 1st Degree Tampering with a MotorVehicle and 1st Degree Property Damage.On Tuesday Afternoon, Sheriff Mosher along with Detectives were able to locate Garwood andtake him into custody without incident. Garwood is being held in the Vernon County Jail.
