Disturbance leads to arrest in rural Adrian

On 5/13/2020, the Bates County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on CR 5001 in rural Adrian. On arrival, Deputies were advised that Joshua W Diggs had a weapon and had threatened several people at the residence. Diggs was taken into custody without incident.

Diggs has been charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, Endangering the welfare of a child, Unlawful use of a weapon and Domestic assault.

Diggs is currently being held in the Bates County Jail on $50,000 Cash or Surety Bond.
