Dylan maybe new to the citizens of Harrisonville but he’s no stranger to the police department. Officer Bell is a 2018 winner of the Marler, Wirt and Sumner memorial scholarship which the police department awards every year to graduating seniors.
He was also a member of the PD’s Explorer post and completed 2 years in the Cass Career Center’s CJ / CSI program. We are so excited to see the full circle, from student to Officer.
