The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Custom Motorcycle driven by 45 year old Justin L. Faulhaber of Adrian, Missouri struck a deer in the roadway.
Mr. Faulhaber sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by Adrian Fire to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The bike was secured at the scene of accident and will be towed at a later time.
