On June 4th, 2020, Barton County Sheriff Mitchell Shaw and Barton County Sheriff’s Deputies Ron Kirby, A.J. Eaves, and Daniel Crihfield, executed a search warrant for illegal controlled substances at 306 Wyatt Ave., Golden City, in the County of Barton, MO.
Upon execution of the search warrant, substances believed to be illegal were located inside the address along with paraphernalia commonly used in the use of a controlled substance. Arrested and charged with the possession of a controlled substance was Timothy W. Willis, age 47, of Golden City.
Willis remains in the custody of the Barton County Jail on charge of Possession of Controlled Substance other than less than 35g of marijuana with a bond of $5000.00 cash or surety.
Willis also has outstanding warrants out of the Lamar Police Department, Dade County Sheriff’s Office, and the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office.
