Due to the number of positive cases popping up in Bates and surrounding counties, we have decided to re-close our lobby for the foreseeable future; however, Casey, Amber and Brian are still in the office and can be reached at 417-395-2223.
Utility bills will go out in the mail July 30th and should be received by Saturday August 1st. Payments can be made online at www.richhillmo.com, over the phone at 417-395-2223 or in the night box.
Online payments require a pin number that can be found on the top middle of your bill or by calling City Hall.
Any water or electric emergencies after hours can be reported to 417-395-4211 after hours.
