Vernon County Health Department officials have reported a possible low-risk community exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 positive.

Health Department officials at Nevada say those possible exposures involved visits to the YMCA's Crossfit Center between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 14th, and from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 15th and at Sharky's between six and seven o'clock Thursday evening, July 16th.

The Health Department's latest advisory says close contacts of the latest confirmed positive have been notified and anyone who thinks they may have been exposed should monitor themselves for signs or symptoms for up to 14 days.

Vernon Countians also are reminded call in advance if they need to go to a clinic, urgent care or hospital emergency room to be evaluated.
