Obituary - Andrew "AJ" James Roberts

Andrew James “AJ” Roberts, 28 formerly of Nevada, MO, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. AJ was born on March 25, 1992 in El Dorado Springs, MO to Emmitt and Karen (Hand) Roberts. AJ grew up in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School in 2010. He had lived in St. Louis for the past year. AJ enjoyed listening to music, playing video games, and going to flea markets.

Survivors include his mother Karen Roberts and his stepfather David West of Stockton, two brothers, Roy Roberts and his wife Christy of Nevada and Dallas Jack Roberts of Nevada, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, & cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Emmitt Roberts, and his stepbrother, Bobby Roberts.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Larry Wheeler officiating. A private committal will follow in the Moore Cemetery.
