On 9/25/20 around 11:30pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on James Road around 4 miles east of Richards, Missouri in rural Vernon County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 30 year old Richard L. Delk of El Dorado Springs, Missouri left the roadway, struck a embankment and overturned.
Mr. Delk sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by private vehicle to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of this accident by Phillips Towing of Nevada, Missouri.
