Anthony “Tony” J. Sieleman, age 70, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020 at his home in Appleton City.
Tony was born on March 21, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Bernard and Denora (Frazee) Sieleman. He attended school at St. Mary’s in Montrose and Ballard before beginning his lifelong career as a heavy-machine operator and truck driver. Tony was united in marriage to Rita K. Loney on September 21, 1968. To this union four children were born: Candace, Mindy, Terry, and Toni Nicole.
Together Tony and Rita started Sac River Trucking. He enjoyed going to car shows and gathering with friends for morning coffee.
Tony was preceded in death by his wife Rita K. Sieleman, daughter Toni Nicole Sieleman, and his parents Bernard and Denora Sieleman. He is survived by three children: Candace (Karl) Schenker, Mindy Evans (Jason), and Terry Sieleman; five siblings: Linda, Bernie, John, Kelly, and Carl; eleven grandchildren: Brett Evans, Briana Siebert, Dray and McKenna Schenker, Tyler and Makenzie Foley, Haylee, Kaden, Londyn, Bradli, and Lacy Sieleman; and five great grandchildren.
Tony will be sadly missed by his many family and friends.
